When will you officially come to my area?
WellSet is officially launched in Los Angeles. We are coming next to New York Metro, San Francisco, and soon a city near you! WellSet’s services are not directed to Colorado residents.
Practitioner Verification and Safety
How do we verify our WellSet Select practitioners?
Not all practitioners on WellSet are verified. The ones that have a blue checkmark next to their name have gone through our verification process successfully. We make sure these practitioners are accredited (if their specialty requires it), conduct a background check, and require recommendations from at least 2 clients or colleagues.
How do I report abuse or inappropriate behavior?
We hope that this never happens, but if someone makes you feel uncomfortable, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com and let us know. We are here for you. No matter what.
Payments, Cancellations, and Bookings
Does WellSet take insurance?
We are in talks with a number of insurance companies working to get more wellness covered. Right now, you may be able to get reimbursed by your insurance or for using HSA dollars for sessions you book on WellSet. Ask your practitioner and insurance provider for details.
Can I change a reservation?
Our policy is that you can change a reservation up to 24 hours before a session and can cancel up to 48 hours before a session. If you cancel within that period, you will be charged 100% of the price of your session. Our practitioner’s time is precious and limited, so try to book sessions that you will be able to attend!
How can I change or cancel a reservation?
Log in to your account and head to your profile. You will be able to see your upcoming bookings and find a link that says “change or cancel booking”.
What kinds of payments do you take?
We use Stripe to process your payments, an encrypted and awesomely safe payment gateway. Through Stripe we allow you to pay via all major credit cards like Amex Express Checkout, Mastercard, Visa etc
How do I make a booking?
Start with a basic search, or check out the circles of your favorite brands, practitioners, or friends to find their favorite practitioners.
Privacy and Data
Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. Our payment gateway is SSL secured and all private data is stored in encrypted data storage.
