Is WellSet secure? What are the privacy protocols?

WellSet is encrypted in two levels, it uses HTTPS security in the public pages and the API uses encrypted information.

Practitioner and client privacy is very important to us. The only information ever shared with clients is the information practitioners list on their profile and their contact information / location AFTER a requested session has been confirmed by the practitioner. This is to ensure the client can connect with the practitioner.

WellSet never has the ability to view client or practitioner passwords. After you've reset the password that WellSet defines for clients and practitioners when they initially sign up, we never know your password. All payments are processed through our third party payment processor, Stripe. WellSet does not receive any personal bank information.

For internal use and betterment of the WellSet product, we track the number of bookings and types of bookings on the platform as a whole. We may from time to time send you offers from partnering companies, but we hope you will find these curated offers to be a gift rather than a nuisance! You can always unsubscribe if you would like.

If you believe someone has logged into your account, please email hello@wellset.co to report any suspicious activity immediately so we can help resolve any potential issues.
