ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR: Nimisha Gandhi is a functional medicine nutritionist, Ayurvedic counselor, Yoga Nidra/meditation teacher, and former clinical researcher and tech founder. She holds a B.S. in pre-med Psychobiology from UCLA and has years of additional education in her fields. In her private practice, Moon Cycle Nutrition, Nimisha specializes in a spectrum of woman's health and gut microbiome health.
