REPLAY: Self-Care Through Self-Compassion Meditation

Life is complicated, and self-care often becomes an afterthought. Strengthen your self-care journey by learning to take compassionate action. This session will help you build a foundation of self-love and compassion to grow from. You will be guided through a short self-compassion meditation, learn how to shift from an empathetic mindset to one rooted in compassion, and leave with a greater sense of empowerment and control to better deal with difficult situations.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Sheela Ivlev is a South Asian occupational therapist born and raised in San Francisco who understands health and wellness from diverse perspectives and values the connection of culture, community, and healing. She became a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional to incorporate traditional and holistic methods with her clinical education and training.
