REPLAY: Alleviate Burnout By Tapping Into Your Intuition

In this interactive workshop you will learn to tune in to your body and take an inventory to turn your drains into ways in which you can fill yourself and feel energized. Dr. LeRoy will lead you in a body scan meditation, take inventory of sensations that you notice utilizing the chakras and energetic anatomy to identify your areas with the most energy drain. You'll then plug up the drains by calling forth your I AM presence and develop a plan to recharge your energy and experience vitality.
