REPLAY: Tapping to Decrease Negative Thoughts and Self-Doubt

By WellSet | March 31, 2022

In this session, you'll release heavy emotions, feelings of stress, self-doubt, anxiety, and overwhelm using EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) or tapping. As you process these negative subconscious thoughts, your limitations will melt away and be replaced with possibility, hope and optimism. EFT works quickly to reduce cortisol (stress hormone) within just 10 minutes of tapping. It's often called 'emotional acupuncture' because it combines gentle tapping on key acupuncture points while focusing your thoughts on physical pain, unhappy memories, uncomfortable feelings, traumas, fears/phobias, or any other difficult emotions.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Amy Piper's passion for EFT (tapping) originates from direct experience with this transformational work. Her specialty is identifying and breaking through negative belief systems/patterns in the areas of love and relationships. She is also a certified Kundalini yoga instructor and meditation guide.
