Did you know that what you are eating and putting onto your skin and hair can be causing or contributing to your thyroid problem? In this workshop with Reshma Patel, PA-C, you'll learn the most important foods to avoid if you are diagnosed with a thyroid condition, including Hashimoto's, as well as the key nutrients that support your thyroid.
