In these thirty minutes you will center in mind, body and breath and show the power of your posture in how you move through the day. Using principles of Alexander Technique and Embodied Mindfulness, Deena will guide you in releasing tension and tuning into your center of balance so that you can start your day feeling more organized and whole. Be prepared to unlearn what you think about "posture."
How to prepare: Wear something comfortable, have a stable chair to sit on where your feet touch the floor.
